I. 毕亚的历史

 

毕亚集团成立于1994年，最初是由Francis C. Cheung和Dr. Bob Mayes在美国旧金山成立了一个专注于人力资源咨询的工作室，后来随着业务发展壮大，出于各方面考虑，1994年5月在新加坡成立了新加坡毕亚咨询，后发展成为新加坡毕亚集团。1997年，毕亚进入中国上海。

I. The Founding Years of Biz-Ed Consultants

The formation of Biz-Ed Consulting Group is beholden by the establishment of Biz-Ed Consultants Singapore.  In the year 1994, the Founder of Biz-Ed Consultants, Francis C. Cheung and his partner Dr. Bob Mayes who is a distinguished Economics Professor with the California State University in Hayward; jointly started a small human resource consultancy in the United States of America, San Francisco.  The objective is to introduce the new management concept of encouraging companies to outsource some of their human resource work to a professional HR consultancy firm.  Hence, the very first step is to outsource the Training and Development section to the consultancy firm.  

Business in the U.S. began to grow at a steady pace and Francis decided to branch out Biz-Ed’s consulting services to the South East Asian arena.  Biz-Ed Singapore thus made its foothold in Singapore on May 1994. 

 

II. 毕亚在重庆

 

2004年3月，新加坡毕亚集团入驻中国直辖市重庆，成立了重庆毕亚企业管理顾问有限公司。同年9月接管了重庆剑桥语言培训机构，把国外的先进的教育理念和管理模式带进中国。

毕亚从2004年成立至今，历经了11年的风雨并在教育咨询、商业咨询、人力资源咨询等领域做出了不俗的成绩。

Biz-Ed Consultants was established in Chongqing – China in 2004 with a single dream; to deliver Business Success to Organizations and Investors, Individual developments in China, especially in the Municipal City of China – Chongqing.  Our work is to make you and your organization work smarter, make it more sensitized to your employees and business environment around it, and ensure that it is fully geared to maximizing its profit potential.  All our clients come to us with one common objective – TRANSFORMATION.  And it is our endeavor to create the conditions for it to occur.

III. 毕亚的足迹

 

- 1997年    毕亚集团进入中国。先后在上海、宁波投资教育、香精、化工、涂料等行业

- 2004年3月  毕亚进入中国第四个直辖市——重庆，成立了重庆毕亚企业管理顾问有限公司

- 2004年9月  毕亚收购重庆剑桥培训机构，开设了出国咨询业务

- 2004年至今 毕亚与在华的外资、合资公司签定了战略合作关系

- 2015年   中新合作示范项目开展，重庆作为中心示范城市。毕亚与渝北区政府签定在新          加坡签定了战略合作关系，全面开展新加坡来渝投资各项事宜。
